The Artemis Transaction Advisors, LLC deal team included Darrell Butler and Andrew Samuels, and the transaction represents another great outcome for the Artemis Industrials Practice.

Headquartered in Chicago, CSF manufactures specialized fabricated metal products primarily for data centers and the communication industry. CSF will benefit from ongoing corporate investments in AI and data centers, and it will be added to the steel manufacturing segment of Precision Marshall, a LIVE Ventures company.
