[Gary, IN] -- After nearly four decades of serving Northwest Indiana, Babilla Roofing & Sheet Metal (“Babilla”) is entering its next chapter through a partnership with Tecta America Corp. (“Tecta”), the largest commercial roofing contractor in the United States. Founded in 1985 by Chuck Babilla, the Gary-based company has built its reputation on quality workmanship, reliable service, and long-standing customer relationships. The partnership will allow Babilla to build on that foundation while gaining access to the resources and support of a national organization.
As part of the transaction, the company will operate as Babilla Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC. Chuck Babilla will remain President, and all Babilla employees will remain in place, preserving the local team and customer relationships that have defined the business for nearly 40 years.

The partnership positions Babilla to build on its existing strengths while continuing to serve customers with the familiar team and service they have come to expect.
Artemis Transaction Advisors served as exclusive investment banker to Babilla, advising the company through the transaction. John Lahti, Managing Director and Head of Industrials at Artemis, led the engagement along with the firm’s founder Darrell Butler.
