March 12, 2018. Billow Butler & Company, L.L.C. (“Billow Butler” or the “Firm”), a Chicago- based, middle-market investment banking firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Sertek LLC (“Sertek” or the “Company”) to Franke Foodservice Systems (“Franke”).
Founded in 2009, Sertek is a Dublin, Ohio-based fabricator and manufacturer for quick service restaurant (QSR) kitchens and dining rooms. The Company supplies kitchen workstations to leading restaurant chains such as Rally’s, Taco Bell and Wendy’s.
Franke Foodservice Systems is part of the Swiss-based Franke Group and provides systems and services for the global foodservice industry. Its sister divisions produce products ranging from commercial coffee machines and washroom fixtures to consumer kitchen fixtures.
